Personal Experience & Biography
Erin’s deep commitment to her clients reflects her compassionate approach to advocacy. She understands the profound challenges survivors face throughout litigation and provides steady, thoughtful guidance, supporting our clients on their journey toward justice and healing.
Erin is a member of the Board of the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Associate Board of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and was honored with the Doris S. Hoffman Outstanding New Lawyer Award from the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York in May, 2024. She has proudly taught CLEs on school liability in sexual abuse cases and online research in preparation for litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked for five years as an attorney at plaintiffs’ firms advocating for adult and child survivors of sexual abuse in litigation against major institutions–including churches and schools. She also completed an internship at the United Nations with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Sexual Violence in Conflict.
Erin received her B.A. in Political Science and American Studies with Minors in Leadership and Human Rights from Christopher Newport University. She received her J.D. from New York Law School, where she served on the Student Editorial Board for the American Bar Association’s academic publication, Family Law Quarterly. Erin is licensed to practice in New York state courts and the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts.
