Decades of abuse and institutional failures highlight the urgent need for accountability, transparency, and justice for survivors.
A newly released report from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office reveals more than 900 documented cases of alleged child sexual abuse spanning approximately 70 years across three Catholic dioceses: Worcester, Springfield, and Fall River. The investigation identified allegations against 275 clergy members and exposed decades of institutional failures to protect children and respond appropriately to reports of abuse.
The findings underscore the devastating, lifelong impact of sexual abuse and the importance of holding institutions accountable when they fail to protect vulnerable individuals.
At TLC Law, LLC, we stand with survivors of sexual violence and believe their voices deserve to be heard. Every survivor deserves compassion, support, and the opportunity to pursue justice, regardless of how much time has passed.
